Timo Mulder - bassplayer & musician
Timo Mulder is a young bass player from Nijmegen. His passion for music has moved him since his early childhood and he shares his artistic and musical qualities with various acts. He plays with a unique style that is based on jazz and walking bass techniques, giving his bass lines a recognizable and personal touch. Timo gets his inspiration from various music genres, such as soul, jazz, rock, pop and bluegrass, and from various influential bassists, including James Jamerson, John Paul Jones, Michael League, Paul Kowert, Ray Brown and of course Jaco Pastorius. He combines technique and creativity, and always puts a piece of himself into his music.
